What We Built
This very site - a full-stack agency platform with glassmorphism design system, particle-driven hero animations, multi-step intake form with algorithmic analysis engine, admin dashboard with scoring visualizations, and a live portfolio system. Built on Next.js with TypeScript strict mode, custom authentication, and a complete design token system. Every component is accessible, every animation respects reduced motion preferences.

Most agencies either look generic (template site, stock photos, no personality) or premium but hollow (flashy but no real backend). BuiltByBas needed to be both - a site that makes visitors think 'this guy is elite' AND a full operational platform that runs the actual business. Every client touchpoint from first visit to final invoice had to flow through one custom system. No Salesforce, no QuickBooks, no stitching together 5 SaaS tools.
Our Approach
We built everything in one Next.js monorepo - public site, admin CRM, and client portal under one roof. The glassmorphism design system with 2026 animation techniques IS the portfolio piece; the site sells itself. The algorithmic intake engine scores every lead automatically so Bas can prioritize intelligently. The proposal generator creates structured proposals from intake data without AI API calls - instant, deterministic, and free. The invoice system closes the loop from lead to revenue, all in one platform.
